One connected clinic day

Most software is a set of separate tools that happen to share a login. The point of Clinifyd is that the day flows from one step to the next without anybody retyping anything.

    Fill the diary

    Day, week and month views across practitioners and locations, with arrivals, notes on the day and a symbol key your team can turn off once they know it.

    Arrive prepared

    The referral, the funding type, the case and what happened last visit — beside the appointment, before the door opens.

    Write the note

    Templates your practice defines, signed when finished, and locked afterwards so a clinical record stays a clinical record.

    Close the visit

    Raise the invoice from the appointment, apply a concession, take the payment and hand over a receipt — without opening a second system.

    Chase what is owed

    Split an invoice between an insurer and the patient's gap, track the claim, and import a funder's remittance instead of keying twenty lines by hand.

What it does today

Everything on this page is running in a real clinic now. What is not built yet is further down, named honestly — you should be able to tell the difference before you talk to us, not after.

Notes that stay trustworthy

A clinical record is evidence. Clinifyd treats it that way: notes are signed, and a signed note is never quietly edited.

Money that adds up

The part most software gets almost right. Clinifyd tracks who owes what, not just what an invoice totals — so an insurer's share and a patient's gap are never confused for each other.

Australian clinic software written by people running an Australian clinic. That shows up in small places that matter.

Your data stays in Australia

Hosted in Sydney. Australian Privacy Principle 8 governs sending personal information overseas, and a cheaper region elsewhere makes that your problem.

GST the way health services actually work

Treatment is GST-free; a brace is not. Clinifyd handles an invoice with both on it, and a concession comes off before the tax is worked out rather than after.

The funders you actually deal with

WorkCover, CTP, NDIS plan managers, DVA and health funds are first-class, not a note in a comment field.

Owned records, not hostage ones

It is your data. Backups are proven by restoring them, not assumed — and export is a feature, not a negotiation.

The honest list. These are designed and partly built, and none of them work today — if one of them is the reason you would switch, that is exactly what we want to hear in the form below.

Online booking

The availability engine underneath it already runs the diary. The public-facing page is not built.

SMS reminders and recalls

Templates, merge fields, reply handling and campaign rules are built. Nothing sends until an Australian SMS provider is connected.

On-the-spot claiming

Claims are tracked and remittances imported today. Sending a live claim needs a Tyro or HICAPS agreement and Services Australia registration — paperwork, not code.

Online payments

Card payments through a terminal are recorded now. Taking payment from a link needs a gateway and a merchant account.

Home exercise programs

Not started. Tell us whether you would use one built in, or keep the tool you already have.

Xero and MYOB

Not started. A clean export is the intention rather than replacing your accountant's software.

Tell us what to build

This is the part we mean most. Clinifyd is early enough that a suggestion made now changes what gets built — not what gets added to a backlog. You do not have to leave your name.

Most useful of all: the thing your current software makes you do by hand every week. Those are the problems worth solving, and they are invisible from the outside.

Questions worth asking

Can I use it now?

Not yet. It runs one clinic — ours — and everything on this page works there every day. It goes to other practices once it has survived long enough that we would be comfortable putting your patients on it.

What will it cost?

We have not set a price, and we would rather say that than invent one. Register your interest and you will hear it before it is public.

Where is my data kept?

Sydney. Backups are taken nightly, kept off the server as well as on it, and restored regularly to prove they work — because a backup nobody has restored is a belief rather than a backup.

Can I get my records out?

Yes. They are yours. We think being able to leave is part of being worth staying with.

Will you move my data from my current software?

That is one of the things we are working out, and it is a good thing to tell us about in the form above — which system you are on now shapes how much of this is possible.

Is it only for physiotherapy?

It is built around physiotherapy first, and already handles the disciplines that sit beside it in a clinic — exercise physiology, dietetics, pilates and yoga classes. Anything further is a question worth asking us.
